Lakeridge Middle School Project in Lake Oswego

Window Testing in Lake Oswego, Oregon

Our team has completed AAMA-accredited window testing in Lake Oswego, Oregon at Lakeridge Middle School. This significant, multi-phased construction project involved demolishing the existing school and constructing a brand-new 138,000-square-foot facility designed with advanced sustainability features.

The new school incorporates an innovative passive ventilation system complemented by integrated smart technology. This technology actively signals teachers and students when to open or close windows, optimizing natural heating and cooling to enhance energy efficiency and occupant comfort.

We’re proud to have contributed to ensuring the windows meet high-performance standards and align with the building’s overall sustainability goals.
