North Portland Killingsworth Library Project

Air Barrier Testing in Portland, Oregon

Our team is conducting a whole-building air barrier test in Portland at the newly renovated North Portland Killingsworth Library. This historic facility recently underwent a significant transformation, featuring a 1,500-square-foot addition designed to enhance community engagement. The project will soon welcome a new Black Cultural Center, creating an inspiring space for connection, celebration, and cultural representation.

Additionally, the updated library now includes inviting outdoor spaces, advanced technology and internet access, and thoughtfully curated artwork that reflects and honors the local community. We’re proud to collaborate closely with LEVER Architecture, Noll & Tam Architects, RWDI, Dallas Glass, and Andersen Construction to ensure this landmark project meets rigorous performance and energy efficiency standards while remaining a vibrant community asset for years to come.
